Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the ZenKid – Kids Daily Challenges mobile application, the website located at https://zenkid.io, and any related services provided by NEATKID KIDS CHORE TRACKER AND REWARD CHART LLC (“ZenKid”, “we”, “our”).

By creating a ZenKid account or using the ZenKid app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the app, the website, and all related services.

If you access or download ZenKid from:

• Apple App Store — you also agree to the App Store Terms of Use;
• Google Play Store — you also agree to the Google Play Terms and the Google Apps Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will notify you in the app and/or via the email associated with your account.

Limitations of Use

By using ZenKid and our website, you agree that you will not:

• modify, copy, decompile, or reverse engineer the ZenKid app or any related materials;
• remove copyright notices or proprietary labels;
• transfer ZenKid to another person or “mirror” the app on another server;
• knowingly use ZenKid in a way that disrupts networks or other services;
• transmit unlawful, harmful, indecent, or fraudulent materials;
• violate any applicable laws while using the app;
• use ZenKid to send unauthorized advertising or spam;
• harvest or collect user data without consent;
• infringe upon privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

ZenKid is designed for child development, daily challenges, learning activities, and family bonding. Any misuse prevents us from providing a safe and supportive experience.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property contained in ZenKid and on the zenkid.io website belongs to or is licensed by NEATKID KIDS CHORE TRACKER AND REWARD CHART LLC.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your device.

This is not a transfer of ownership.

The license terminates if you violate these Terms.

User-Generated Content

ZenKid includes challenge-based activities that may involve entering text or uploading photos/videos in the future.

Current version:

• ✔ No photos/videos are uploaded to cloud storage;
• ✔ No public posting features exist;
• ✔ Content is not visible to other users.

Future family-sharing features will allow sharing only within a private family group.

You retain intellectual property rights for any content you submit in the future. To operate the service, you grant ZenKid a non-exclusive license to use such content in accordance with your privacy settings and our Privacy Policy.

This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

Automatic Updates

You grant permission for ZenKid to download and install updates automatically. You may revoke this permission by deleting the app.

Liability

ZenKid and all related materials are provided “as is”.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

ZenKid is not liable for:

• consequential, indirect, or incidental losses;
• loss of data, profits, savings, business, or reputation;
• inability to use the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties; in those cases, these limitations may not apply.

Accuracy of Materials

The content within ZenKid (including development activities, challenges, and guidance text) is for general information and educational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability.

Links

ZenKid may contain links to external websites. ZenKid is not responsible for the content of those sites, and using them is at your own risk.

Notice for Apple Users

ZenKid is provided by NEATKID KIDS CHORE TRACKER AND REWARD CHART LLC, not by Apple. Apple is not responsible for any part of ZenKid’s operation.

If the app fails to meet warranty standards, Apple may refund the purchase price—this is their only responsibility.

Apple is not liable for:

• product claims;
• regulatory or legal non-compliance;
• intellectual property issues.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

You represent that:

• you are not located in a sanctioned country;
• you are not listed on any restricted-party list.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your ZenKid account immediately if you violate these Terms.

Severance

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uzbekistan.
